It took me about 2 hours to nail this little guy. But I think it was well worth the wait. Did you know that humming-birds are the only birds EVER that can fly in one space? Coulda fooled me...This one didn't stop moving!

there are soo many times I wish I had a camera! in the summer Humming Birds fly by my window and take a look and what I'm doing, there green with red and yellow, next time I'll take a few pictures! ..if I can.... :)

Well done, great shot!! It's well worth waiting, and as I've said before, "you need to be patient". What size zoom do you have on your camera?
I'm sure Paraguay has just as many, if not more beautiful things than NZ. Now you have a camera, you'll start seeing them. You're lucky, we don't have anything as exotic as humming birds here, mainly sparrows and magpies.
( The sheep in my photo, were in the paddock next door, and were keeping a good eye on me, they ran away just after I took the photo.) Pam
